This is Ocean Spray's website. I really like the stated sentence, "The Beauty of Cranberry Harvest", on thier webpage. After going through the website, i feel their cranberry expertise. Moreover, 7 out 10 cranberries sold in the world today come from Ocean Spray.

This pic made me think of swimming class when i was in highschool. There was an in-class competition and i unluckily was matched to compete against the best swimmer in class. I was desperate and almost gave up. Finally, i lost but it was good to compete with the best swimmer in my class. I still love swimming.

Last month, i posted about Sudoku game and KFC promotion in Hong Kong. Then I found this pic and it's crazy and funny. While you are on your seat, pick a pen to play Sudoku in a toilet.
I can think of their slogan, "Write and Wipe." ("Wipe and Write" is disgusting, don't even think about it)

Yamaha is the brand of motorcycle for mass target. Recently, they launched the new product to the market, capturing teen group. In the past all motorcycle brands tried to make themselves as modern and high-tech as they can. They all looked at the future and fill that in thier brands. This time Yamaha look backward. The good old time can be cool.

The Public Health Ministry of Thailand announced the ban of all advertising and promotion campaigns for alcoholic beverages, effective this Dec3,2006. It will greatly affect Thailand advertising industry. I think it's too much and the advertisers may shift their budget to inject in price promotion. In the future, the alcoholic beverages are tempting by price not their advertising.
Long live the advertising.

M&M's chocolate is not only delicious but also a communication channel. You can select your color, logo, and text for your own M&M's chocolate. I think it's not the major thing in communication planning but it's nice to have. The idea is cute.
The brand melts in your mouth, not in your hand.

I just watched the news on TV. They mentioned about weird Ig Nobel. What the hell Ig Nobel is? According to the wikipedia source, surprisingly it was started since 1991. Ig Nobel is a parody of Nobel prizes within the concept of "first make people laugh, and then make them think." Organized by Annals of Improbable Research.
One of the winner, Dr. Ivan Schwab, dressed up as a woodpecker for a ceremony. His work is about why woodpeckers don't get headaches. I think it's crazy.

Last Saturday, i went to TCDC (Thailand Creative and Design Center) for a small exhibition about China's Shopping Revolution. It showed me how the world's biggest customers eat, live and spend their money.
It started with "How much impact would China have on your business if each Chinese buys your product only once per year?"
There was one interesting point, "In 2005 alone, 3.3 million Chinese children bought English electronic dictionaries. Most parents see English as a key to the little emperor's success in the global company"
The exhibition concluded that "As China adapts to the world, how will you adapt to China?"

I have been in discussing about future life at VCU adcenter. I would like my readers to help me find the tips - How to stay awake all night. Well, i don't drink coffee and tea doesn't help much. Thanks Mike for suggesting Red Bull. I know Red Bull helps but anyway i can't drink it often.
I guess the next post will be "how to stay alive." (lol....i am kidding, it is not that bad)

Here is the conversation i overheard in the restaurant (02.10pm).
Client : May i order the new menu - salmon steak with teriyaki sauce?
Waiter : Sorry sir, that one is sold out.
Client : Really? It's just 2.00pm.
Good for the restuarant but they can be better.
